Identity/Branding PDMA Tweet STUDIO: Studio Constantine CLIENT: PDMA The studio’s challenge was to devise a system for Property Development Management Australia (PDMA) combining a notion of sustainable development with an aesthetic and architectural sensitivity. It also needed the potential to be expanded easily into future sub-identities. The project started with elemental forms; deconstructing and rearranging to create positive/negative spaces. Typography is crafted and clean, reflecting the importance of ‘premium’ on stationery. Cost effectiveness was paramount, with each printed piece forced to work as hard as possible. The drilled letterhead acts as quote, invoice and correspondence; the business cards are dual-faced for the main principals, but set at opposites. Green softens an otherwise uncompromising and restrained suite.
