As The Culture of Design continues to shape our world in new and incredible ways, we take a moment to pause and celebrate the good work being done in design, and to acknowledge the good work design does. This year, the Create Awards recognises all the relationships that contribute to these positive outcomes, as we invite the clients to be part of the celebrations alongside their creative teams. The Create Awards are here to award the projects that persevere, that push through and make a difference—either to the client, society or the design profession itself.

Now in its 11th year, the 2015 Create Design Awards (presented by desktop magazine) celebrates Australia's world-class creative industry, awarding exceptional talent over a vast array of creative fields. Judged by a panel of Australia's most prominent and respected industry figures, the Create Design Awards comes to a climatic halt at the prestigious red-carpet awards night in October, when the 2015 winners will be announced.

Entries are accepted from individuals and studios around the world.

The entered work must have been completed between January 2014 and May 2015.

The 2015 Create Design Awards consists of 12 categories: Emerging Talent, Identity, Illustration, Interactive, Motion, Packaging, Photography, Print Commercial, Print Creative, Signage and Display, Typography, Website, plus a Project of the Year.

Shortlisted entries in all categories of the Create Design Awards will be compiled in a special Create Design Awards publication presented by desktop magazine.

Winners are determined by a panel of Australia’s most prominent and respected industry figures, and will be announced at the Awards Night in October 2015. In addition, winning projects and designers will be published online and profiled in a special Create Design Awards publication presented by desktop magazine.
