Signet’s brief included a redesign design to create a more interactive experience whist encouraging online sales. The site design needed to be more consistent with printed product catalogues and feature the major sponsorship of the 2008 Olympics. The architecture of the web site was to be restructured to drive a change in how customers buy products and most significantly to reduce the cost to manage a customer.
Consumers can now buy products, track shipping, print invoices, process payments and research specials online significantly driving down the cost of servicing. Sales have increased an astounding 90 percent over last year.
